I believe everyone who walks into my office matters and I am honored for the chance to walk alongside them and hear their story. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to help my clients identify areas where negative thoughts and beliefs have taken root and equip them to replace those beliefs with truth in a way that allows them to move forward as their healthiest self. I have spent most of my career working with children, adolescents and their families as well as adult women. We've worked together through anxiety, depression, and trauma.
If you are struggling with any of these issues, or feeling overwhelmed by day to day life, I would love to meet and be a place of support and encouragement on your journey.
